Westbridge is a real estate development firm that focuses on creating moments through design and placemaking with the goal of re-purposing buildings that are past their initial useful life. Through the economic generation of using these buildings to create dynamic retail and restaurant destinations, future new construction opportunities are created to densify the urban landscape. The final goal with each project is to come back years after completing it and be able to enjoy the environment that has been created.

While development remains at the core of the company, managing partner Chris Faussemagne also focuses on ensuring foundations are created through working with neighborhood and local leaders to create various committees to help guide land use and policy. The buildings are what most people see but being part of creating land use committees and master plans allow the projects and neighborhoods to continue to grow. Chris currently serves on the Board of The Upper Westside Improvement District.
