Westside Paper is the redevelopment of the former Atlanta Paper Co. built in 1950 on the 15 acre site. The initial phase is an adaptive re-use of the existing building with a 65,000 sf new construction overbuild. A future spur trail of the Atlanta Beltline is planned for the western edge of the property.
